Arming sword from Alexandria arsenal

This one wants to be a HEMA rendition of a rather famous sword from the arsenal of Alexandria; It is featured in many books and pubblication.
It wasn't easy to decide what to keep from the original and what had to be change to create a safe sparring weapon.
The final result is very close to the original in terms of visuals, the main difference the overall dimensions and small extension of the finger ring to go over the blade for safety.
For more info about the original you can take a look here: http://www.myarmoury.com/feature_alexandria.html

Price for a similar sword would be in the £500 range.

Width: 16 cm - 6"
Blade lenght: 86 cm - 34"
