My Cup Hilt - DA\RP25

Here it is, my new cup hilt (Mine meaning that I'll be using this one, knee permitting).

It is the first of a series of new rapiers using an 8mm thick blade (still with distal taper off course) so to bring it another step closer to many of the original which usually had pretty thick ricasso's.
The hilt is of simple design of generous dimensions, sturdy sections and a few details.
The weight is what I think is the best compromise between speed and ability to be strong in the binds.

Price for something like this would be £490.

The specs:
Weight: 1180 grams

Width: 30 cm - 12"
Blade length: 110 cm - 43"
